What: The Train-the-Trainer (T3) Interprofessional Faculty Development program is a 3.5 day workshop that assists interprofessional teams to lead IPE efforts and promote interprofessional team-based care.  This highly interactive workshop incorporates team time for project development. Curricular themes of the training include:

  • Project Management
  • Communication Skills
  • Professional Development
  • Team Dynamics
  • IP Curricular Design, Assessment and Evaluation
Who: Teams with interprofessional experience working to advance an interprofessional education or collaborative practice project at their home institution.  Examples of teams include:
  • Collaborative practice teams working on quality improvement
  • Teams working with an underserved patient population
  • Teams from academic institutions working on curricular innovation
  • AHEC teams
