2019 TTE Sessions

Applications Due: January 15, 2019

We are now accepting applications for the 2019 Telluride Experience sessions.  We’re excited to be offering four sessions next summer, all combining resident physicians, medical students, and nursing students together.  We encourage you to share the attached flyers with anyone who would be a good candidate for the program.  The deadline to submit an application for all sessions is January 15.  We look forward to meeting new alumni referrals each year as you continue to spread the word!

Please See Me

Please See Me is an online literary journal sponsored by the Center for Healthcare Narratives, housed within the MedStar

Institute for Quality & Safety in Washington, DC. The journal will feature health- and healthcare-related stories that cultivate meaningful patient–provider partnerships in the spirit of wellness for all involved. To that end, we will publish work written by patients, family members, creatives, caregivers, and providers.

Content will be a mix of fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, and digital media, including photography, podcasts, and short films. We will publish twice a year, with our first issue slated for January 2019. If you are interested in submitting, please go to: www.pleaseseeme.com.

All In This Together

Moms and kids are deeply affected by the health of their communities, and healthcare leaders are working on solutions! This documentary film dives into their stories as health systems try to address the needs of moms and babies at risk of poor outcomes because of the social determinants of health still impeding equal healthcare for all across the country. We need your help to complete the project. Please find us on Kickstarter and give what you can today! http://kck.st/2NNRdD1
